Generally prices displayed on the Website are exclusive of taxes.
Prior to completing your purchase, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.
Delivery timelines commence one business day following the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
State & Local Sales Taxes
Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated. Because orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations across the U.S., the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.
The terms contained herein are subject to change as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. We strive to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently, and continue to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.
States & U.S. Territory Where Victoria Hayes Collects Sales Taxes
Orders shipped to NJ or NY will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate.
States Where Victoria Hayes Does Not Collect Sales Taxes
We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases.
You may have a tax obligation in states where we do not collect sales tax. Details of how to report these taxes may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
Vermont Sales Tax
Vermont requires the tax not collected by Victoria Hayes on taxable purchases shipped to Vermont be reported by the purchaser and paid on either the Vermont individual income tax form [IN-111, Line 27], or the Vermont use tax form [SU-452]. The use tax forms and instructions are available on the Vermont Department of Taxes website at http:// tax.vermont.gov/.
International Orders
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States and to select countries.
Ground Shipping
We offer free ground shipping domestically in the United States.
For international shipping, we offer a flat fee of $75 and a flat $50 fee for shipping to Canada.
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL.
Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.
A valid street address is required (we do not ship to P.O Boxes).
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery of your order in the United States.
Please allow 5–8 business days for delivery of your order internationally, where shipping is available.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping for a flat $25 fee domestically to the United States.
For expedited international shipping, we offer a flat fee of $100 and a flat $75 fee for shipping to Canada.
All orders are shipped via UPS and DHL.
Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information and can track your order online via FedEx or DHL. You will also receive email updates of the status of your order shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
To arrange for a return:
- Please notify our team via email customercare@victoriahayesnyc.com of your intent to return;
- We will then prepare return paperwork that we will ask you to complete and include in your return package;
- Our shipping team will arrange the return delivery with our courier services and we will email instructions to book the return pick-up and all required paperwork.
Shipping is complimentary on all returns as long as we arrange for the return, however, customers located outside of the United States are responsible for taxes and duties. If you return any merchandise without having us arrange for the return, you should ensure that your courier offers a secure means for return of the merchandise. We will not accept liability for the merchandise if we do not arrange for the return. If you intend to arrange for the return of the merchandise yourself, you must email us at customercare@victoriahayesnyc.com and we will provide you with the address you should return merchandise to.
Merchandise must be returned with 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. If the merchandise is returned within 15 days of delivery, you will be given the option of receiving full store credit or an exchange of merchandise; a refund of the purchase price will not be given.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and/or will not qualify for a refund, store credit or an exchange.
Refunds
We endeavor to assess and process refunds within 3 business days after the merchandise has arrived at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming that the refund is being processed.
Please note that payment may take up to 10 business days to be received after we have initiated the refund.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you completed your order by credit card, your credit may not show up until your next credit card statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
If your merchandise is being exchanged, you will not be charged if the replacement item is of equal or lesser price. We will issue a refund or store credit for the difference in the price. However, if the replacement item is of a higher price, you will be billed for the different in the price.
Your refund will be processed minus any original delivery and shipping charges selected at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund delivery and shipping charges. For international customers, duty and taxes payments, as outlined at checkout, will not be refunded. We recommend customers contact their local customs authorities for any further information regarding these payments.
Please note that all items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are not refundable. For international customers outside of Canada, we are not currently able to make a refund.
